GM Service, Maintenance & Repairs
Auto Masters was founded on the service concept. Please don't get the wrong idea. Our site looks like we are a Corvette specialty shop and we are, but we actually specialize in ALL GM vehicles. Since 1984, we have been servicing GM products including Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Oldsmobile and Pontiac. Yes, trucks and SUV's are welcome. We have the cleanest shop in town but don't think we're the most expensive. We're more competitive than the agencies and we offer much more personalized service.
We perform a wide range of services to fit your needs from routine oil changes to brakes, tune, Climate Control (AC), fuel injection, suspension, electrical, engine and transmission repairs. We are especially focused on preventative maintenance that keeps you and your family safe and secure when on the road. We are quickly becoming the favorite choice of our next-door neighbors; the employees at the Corvette Assembly Plant.
Corvette Service
Corvettes get old but unlike most other vehicles, Corvettes rarely get thrown to the scrap yards. Instead, they are bought and sold over and over again, and while each owner is different, they all need one thing. A place that knows and understands both the Corvette and the Corvette owner.
Many owners opt to send their cars to Auto Masters from far away. Vehicles have been sent from across the ocean and across the country for the TLC of Auto Masters dedicated technicians. “Many folks send us a laundry list of issues with their car and then it’s our job to remedy those issues” says owner Jim Van Dorn. Auto Masters will repair, rebuild or replace your engine or transmission, replace worn parts and components, replace weatherstrips, or perform any other service procedure with expert precision. Jim adds, “From wheel bearings to windshields, we do it right and with the best parts available.”
Upgrades & Enhancements
Your vehicle may be a daily driver or a garaged fair weather cruiser. Equally diverse is the customizations many owners choose to personalize their cars. Many times during a service procedure, an opportunity to enhance or perhaps use a heavier duty part may arise. Additionally, your specific driving habits may warrant an upgraded system, for instance, you may drive in extreme temperature conditions and therefore need specific attention to one or more systems. Auto Masters can assist you in adapting your vehicle to your specific needs or lifestyle.
ZR-1 LT5
The ZR-1 is unique in many ways and Auto Masters has been a ZR-1 and LT5 specialist since introduction. We offer complete LT5 rebuilding and also upgrade your LT5 with both power and cosmetic enhancements. Our “Street Skinner” package offers an approximate 100hp increase over stock without compromising the lower end durability already built in to the LT5. Street Skinners receive complete porting of the cylinder heads and induction system, custom cam timing, and special ECM calibration. And, whether you want to put your LT5 back to original color or customize it for show, we offer a highly improved powder coat process with a huge selection of colors and textures.
Restorations
Auto Masters will restore your car to factory specs or to your specification. Highly talented fabrication and fiberglass techs can make your Corvette like-new again. We have fabricators on staff to assist in your project. Whether you’re building a race car or just modifying your street Corvette, our race proven fabrication staff has all the knowledge and equipment to meet your needs.
Accessories
Few cars in the world are better supported by the aftermarket than the Corvette. From the very first model to today’s most current, there are hundreds of thousands of accessories available for the Corvette. Obviously, it is not feasible to invest in a huge inventory, rather, we purchase the accessories you want, when you want them. Our many suppliers ship immediately, many times over night. Custom Auto Detailing
Unless prohibited by conditions or requested by the owner, each Corvette receives at least an exterior bath before it leaves Auto Masters. You may choose to have our detail experts perform a more thorough procedure from a complete interior massage to a hand rubbed exterior wax. With our complete detail packages we also lubricate all hinges and latches, treat and moisturize exterior rubber and remove stains and apply water repellant to all glass.
Pick Up/Delivery and Storage
Why wait 'til Spring to maintain or customize your car? Periods of inclimate weather are the usual downtime for nice cars so why not bring your car to Auto Masters for those large jobs where we can perform our services, then store your car in our climate controlled facility for fair weather pickup?
